Tragedy in Nigerian Entertainment Industry – Justus Esiri “The Village Headmaster” Dead

Death raised its ugly head again as tragedy hit the Nigerian entertainment industry  twice within a week. First is the singer Goldie now is the veteran Nollywood actor Justus Esiri.  The Industry is yet to recovered from the loss of our dear Goldie, while fans and supporter of the African Entertainment industry are still aggrieved  with her demise, we learned about the  incredibly sad news of the Legendary actor Justus Esiri who died in the late hours of yesterday. He is said to have died of complications resulting from diabetes at a hospital in Lagos.

Our heart felt condolences to friend, family and the entertainment industry in Nigerian. Indeed we have lost a father, a mentor, a friend. Many will remember him for his numerous quality performances in Nollywood movies but those with history will close to their hearts will never forget him for his role in the ever popular African TV series, the village headmaster where he played the “Headmaster”
